Full Bloom provides business coaching, consultation, professional development, training, leadership support, resource development, and online learning for child care professionals, early childhood educators, leaders, programs, organizations, and agencies.

The availability, format, scope, price, and duration of services may vary.

Educational Purposes Only

The information, training, coaching, resources, templates, examples, and online learning materials provided by Full Bloom are offered for general educational and professional-development purposes.

They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, tax professional, financial adviser, medical provider, mental-health professional, licensing representative, or other qualified professional.

Compliance and Professional Responsibility

You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, licensing rules, minimum standards, employment requirements, tax obligations, funding requirements,

professional standards, contracts, and policies that apply to you or your organization.

Full Bloom does not act as a regulatory agency and cannot approve, certify, license, accredit, or guarantee compliance for a child care program or business.

References to Texas Rising Star, child care licensing, workforce systems, grants, quality initiatives, or government programs are provided for informational purposes and do not represent approval or endorsement by those entities unless expressly stated.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase services or create an online learning account.

When creating an account or submitting information, you agree to provide complete and accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password

  • Limiting access to your account

  • Keeping your contact information current

  • Notifying Full Bloom of suspected unauthorized use

  • All activity conducted through your account

Accounts, course access, and login credentials may not be shared unless Full Bloom has provided written permission for group or organizational access.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Full Bloom Business Coaching, LLC.

Protected content may include:

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Prohibited Use of Full Bloom Materials

Without prior written permission from Full Bloom, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute materials

  • Share purchased course materials or login credentials

  • Upload materials to another website, learning platform, shared drive, or database

  • Record a training, coaching session, presentation, or online course

  • Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit materials

  • Remove copyright notices, logos, watermarks, or ownership information

  • Modify materials and present them as your own

  • Create derivative trainings, courses, workbooks, or presentations

  • Use Full Bloom materials to train artificial-intelligence systems

  • Upload Full Bloom content into generative-AI tools for summarizing, rewriting, translating, repurposing, or creating competing materials

  • Use automated systems to scrape, extract, download, or collect website or course content

  • Use content in a way that violates law or another person’s rights

Written permission may include separate conditions, fees, attribution requirements, or licensing terms.

Limited Permission for Participant Use

Unless otherwise stated, registered participants may:

  • Download materials specifically provided for participant use

  • Print one personal working copy

  • Complete workbook activities for their own professional development

  • Apply general concepts within their own business or program

  • Share their own completed action steps with supervisors, coaches, or team members

Participants may not distribute blank or completed Full Bloom materials to others as a replacement for registration or purchase.

Training and Coaching Conduct

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and contribute to a professional learning environment.

Full Bloom may remove or restrict a participant who:

  • Harasses or threatens another person

  • Disrupts a training or coaching session

  • Records without permission

  • Shares confidential participant information

  • Violates intellectual-property restrictions

  • Uses services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Engages in conduct that creates a safety or security concern

Removal for misconduct may occur without a refund where permitted by law and applicable purchase terms.

Confidentiality and Group Participation

Full Bloom will use reasonable care when handling information shared during coaching or consultation. However, coaching and training are not protected by attorney-client, therapist-client, medical, or other legally recognized professional privilege.

Participants in group coaching, training, or professional-development sessions may hear information shared by others.

Each participant is expected to respect the privacy of fellow participants.

Full Bloom cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

Do not share confidential information about children, families, employees, clients, or organizations unless you are authorized to do so and the information is appropriate for the setting.

Recordings and Photography

You may not photograph, screenshot, audio-record, video-record, livestream, or otherwise capture Full Bloom training, coaching, online learning, or presentation content without written permission.

Full Bloom may photograph or record certain events, trainings, or sessions after providing reasonable notice. When required or appropriate, additional consent will be requested.

Online Learning Access

Online learning access is provided for the individual or organization identified during registration.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Course access is limited to the access period shown at purchase

  • Progress and completion requirements must be met by the registered learner

  • Certificates may be issued only when stated requirements are completed

  • Completion does not guarantee acceptance by an employer, licensing agency, registry, accreditation body, or other organization

  • Technical requirements are the learner’s responsibility

  • Course availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside Full Bloom’s control

Full Bloom may update course content to improve accuracy, usability, accessibility, or relevance.

Certificates and Professional-Development Credit

When certificates or professional-development credit are offered, participants are responsible for:

  • Registering with accurate information

  • Attending or completing the required content

  • Meeting participation requirements

  • Completing required surveys, activities, or assessments

  • Confirming whether the training satisfies their employer’s, state’s, registry’s, licensing agency’s, or credentialing body’s requirements

Full Bloom does not guarantee that every employer or agency will accept a certificate or training.

Registration, Fees, and Payment

Prices, payment schedules, deposits, and registration requirements will be shown on the applicable registration page, invoice, proposal, service agreement, or checkout page.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges.

Fees for customized services may be governed by a separate proposal, contract, statement of work, or invoice. If another written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written agreement controls for that service.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, and refund terms may vary by service.

The specific policy provided with your:

  • Registration

  • Invoice

  • Proposal

  • Contract

  • Checkout page

  • Event confirmation

  • Online course purchase

will control.

If no separate policy is provided, contact Full Bloom promptly to discuss available options. Refunds are not guaranteed after services have begun, customized work has been completed, materials have been delivered, or online content has been accessed, except when required by law.

Events and Schedule Changes

Full Bloom may reschedule, modify, substitute a facilitator, move a service to another format, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary.

If Full Bloom cancels a paid service and does not provide a reasonable alternative, the amount paid for the canceled portion may be refunded or credited, subject to the applicable agreement.

Full Bloom is not responsible for unrelated travel costs, lodging, wages, child care expenses, or other indirect expenses incurred by a participant.

Testimonials and Feedback

When you submit feedback, a review, testimonial, photograph, or success story, Full Bloom may request permission to use it for business, educational, reporting, or promotional purposes.

We will use identifying information according to the permission provided.

Testimonials represent the experiences and opinions of the individuals who provided them. Individual outcomes vary, and testimonials do not guarantee future results.

Links to Third-Party Services

The website may link to outside websites, forms, calendars, payment processors, learning platforms, social-media pages, or other third-party resources.

Full Bloom does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their:

  • Content

  • Availability

  • Security

  • Accuracy

  • Terms

  • Privacy practices

  • Products or services

Use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may be governed by separate terms.

Any unresolved legal matter must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires another location.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

If Full Bloom does not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
